Pickup Places for Day Trips. Waikanae is Connelly Court (Ngaio Rd) Paraparaumu has two stops. Kapiti Village bus stop on Guildford Drive just off Te Roto Drive for people with cars.(no parking allowed in Coastlands) Rimu Road (op Council building). Coastal Villas Bus Stop on Rimu Rd/ Spencer Russell is our Raumati pickup. Mostly Paraparaumu is 9-30am Waikanae is 9-15am south and 9-45am north

Mystery Mon. Day Trip.. Southern Bays.
Mystery Mon. Day Trip around the Southern Bays. This is a popular destination as many people grew up in this region and then retired to the Kapiti Coast. $45 for the day. Once again we have lots of ideas but will listen to requests! Leave Waikanae 9-15 and Paraparaumu 9-30am

Steam Train and Coach trip.
Our annual Oct trip up north will be quite different this year. 6 days, 5 nights. We have booked the Steam train to Napier, next day it continues to Gisborne where we board our coach after spending the night in Gisborne. Travelling north around the cape we have booked rooms at Hicks Bay, next overnight stop is Whakatane. We then head south to have a night of elegance at The Chateau in National Park. $1675 includes Tour, Train, breakfast and dinners plus accommodation including Chateau

Waipu Cove and Bay of Islands.
New Year Trip 2010 / 2011. Leaving Kapiti on Dec 29th. Seven days and six nights away. We have booked four nights accommodation in Whangarei which is handy to the Highland Games celebrations on New Years Day and NY Eve. We can also do day trips to Bay of Islands!
